How will asset management work?

Our advisors recommend “thematic” asset management solutions, primarily focused on specific sectors, where the expertise of Partner Bank stands out. This strategy is paired with the advisory team’s post-care service, but only if the client requests continued advisory contact, such as weekly newsletters.

Our activities are continuously monitored by two regulatory bodies. The Hungarian National Bank (MNB) and the Financial Market Authority (FMA) clearly define capital market advice in the Securities Act (Bszt.) regulations. It is thus clear that capital market advice cannot be conducted through MLM systems, and our colleagues do not engage in network marketing. Furthermore, Partner Bank has explicitly prohibited the mediation of capital market services in a network since 2015.

The main goal of the PortfoLife team is to position itself as a capital market agency in Hungary, offering services to Hungarian clients. We specialize in securities, with our greatest passion being electric vehicles and related portfolios, which we started presenting to our Hungarian clients in collaboration with Partner Bank in 2018. In the years since, it has become the Bank’s most successful product.

 

Why is asset management the present?

Asset management is operated by Partner Bank in compliance with the regulations and MIFID2 standards. Neither the client nor the advisor can execute transactions; this is the privilege of the Bank’s securities department. The asset management service is complemented by the client-requested communication. This is the most sensitive point of the Hungarian intermediary market. The market segment’s unparalleled fluctuation is difficult to explain, and client dissatisfaction is justifiably rooted in this. In Austria, innovations in the retail sector address this exact issue. Additionally, it makes the client independent of the advisor’s mood. The thorough needs assessment is guaranteed by our registration with the MNB and FMA, as well as our adherence to the regulations. The client’s future plans are recorded in our unique, proprietary AOC system.
